100% Completion Walkthrough PS2

This is a 100% Completion walkthrough.

This is verson 1.3, that means I'm finished with the FAQ, but this is not my final 
version.


Well, I'm writing this FAQ for those who cannot just get Final Fantasy.  In this 
FAQ there is hardly any spoilers, if there is more than you think just sue me.

Section I

In this game the have brought back the ATB (Active Time Battle).  Also in this game 
they have introduced a new system, (whats new) the Garment Grid and the 
Dresspheres.  You may think that is just 2 complicated don't worry ITS NOT THAT 
COMPLICATED.  If you have played Final Fantasy Tactics or Final Fantasy Tactics 
Advance you may be familar with the jobs thingy.  The dressphere is somewhat like 
that you just change what you look like and your stats and ablities.  They have 
also brought back the "learn ablilies with ap" thing.  But you can only learn them 
by being a certain job and you only gain one ap at one battle (if you are lucky 
maybe two). You can also change jobs in the middle of battle (yay).  The thing with 
this ATB you have to wait for every thing including using items and casting magic.  
They do not have any summons in this game (if you played Final Fantasy X you just 
might know why).  Oh and you do not have to wait to attack, you just have to wait 
for the ATB to fill up.  But other than that this game is like any other Final 
Fantasy game.


Section II Walkthrough
Chapter 1

Well after the first cg you are directly in a battle (don't worry it's not hard).

You start the battle with Rikku and Paine.  Woah, hold on your fighting Yuna?!?!?! 
(That ain't Right >:-( ). Their are also two "Goonies" with her to fight you, just 
kill them both before you go for Yuna. After you kill one she will use an item call 
ecsatsy to boost the goony's abiliys but that does not affect the battle much.  
After you kill the other goony then go for killing Yuna.  She will only cast magic 
to attack you and it does not hurt (much).  Try stealing with Rikku before you 
finish the battle.

After the battle you run out of the staidium to chase "Yuna" down.  Just run after 
her, and on the dock with all the boxes look for a giant moogle to get more 
completion point for the game and touch it (it will also heal your party).  After 
that just keep running after her. You will encounter another boss of this.

Hey Yuna (the real one) joins your party. :-)

Boss: Logos, Ormi

Once you start this battle steal from both of them.  After that just focus your 
attacks on Logos [the tall one (becase he does more damage)].  Then just attack 
Ormi and that battle is over.

Boss: Leblanc (weird name)

HP: 130 MP: 101 EXP: 8 AP: 2
This battle you get the garment grid and this battle is a tutorial on the garment 
grid once Yuna's ATB fills you have to change to the songstress the battle will 
tell you the rest.  Steal like the usual.  Just let loose and attack Leblanc 
(sounds like le blank).

Completion: +1.6

After that battle another cg just pops up, during that cg I was all 0__0 , then 
0__o.  After that cg you are on an airship.  After the event talk to everyone to 
gain more completion.  After that go to the elevator in the back then choose engine 
room there are for chests in there, then go back to the elevator then choose CABIN 
then talk to the blue thingy to get another event.  After that choose rest (just 
listen to me ok).  After that another event happens, then you will be introduced to 
the world map selection.  After that you have no choise but to go the Mt. Gagazet 
floating ruins.  

Completion: +1.8

Mt. Gagazet-Floating Ruins

You will then drop at the top of the ruins and another events happens (how many 
times have I typed event?).  Just follow Rikku and Paine to the elevator the press 
the blue glowy thingy (it purdy).  After that the elevator will fall but you get a 
chance to climb back up to the normal level or floor (whatever floats your boat).  
Once you get to the flat area you get to fight another boss (yay).  >:-(

Boss: Leblanc, Logos, Ormi

Leblanc HP: 120 
Logos HP: 100

Total EXP: 40 Total AP: 4
At the begging of this battle have a theif steal from all three.  You can (if you 
want to) change one of your characters change to a songstress to blind all three of 
them.  Focus all of your attacks on Leblanc to get rid of her first she causes the 
most damage, then take out Logos then Ormi to finish the battle.

Mission Time: You have 5:00 min. to get to the top before Leblance get there.  Now 
head for the back of the area around the fallen pillars to find a mega-phoenix the 
climb up the first pillar but not the second its just a waste of time, then fall 
and jump across the little hole then you will be encounted by Logos and you will 
have to fight some (it does not take up your five mins.).  Then just walk (or run) 
to the door.  There will be a hallway just go strait the you will find a chest with 
a white ring after that just keep on going strait all the way to the next hall way 
then will get out of the hallway out into the open.  Just head around then you will 
encounter Ormi then you will have to fight again. >:-(  Then just head right you 
can go strait around to find a star pendant or you can jump when it says jump at 
the bottom-right.  Then continue up and if you beat Leblanc you get to see her 
haging from a cliff (Ha Ha Ha). And where she is hanging there is a chest with a 
muscle belt.  Save and continue up.

Boss: Boris

HP: 480 MP: 0 EXP: 26 AP: 1
Boris is not that hard so change one character to a songstress (if needed) to blind 
him, then have the rest attack.  This boss has a no-miss attack called Sticky End 
if the boss hits you with that check if one of the ATB bars have turned gray if it 
is you character is stoped.  You can use a remedy to heal her.  If one of your 
characters is below 70 HP use a potion now! Otherwise just have at it.

Completion: +3.2 

After the event you can step on Brother and he will clinch (why name a guy 
Brother).  Go to Brother and select comfort him to trigger another event to watch 
the spear you just found.  After that you will be introduced to the hotspot 
thingy.  HOTSPOTS ARE A FAST TRACK!!!!  DON'T USE THEM UNTIL YOU VISIT EVERYPLACE!!!
(unless you want to).  You need to select Luca for more persentage.


Luca

You head to Luca then you will suddenly get a 
Mission Time:  Find out why you were chasing Leblanc. Just head down, then you will 
be talked to by a guy he will want you to pass out balloons to promote the 
concert.  There are many people to pass them out to.  The only two that will not 
take balloons is an Al-bed and the kid who has a balloon.  Ther is a window in the 
back so you can press x at the window it will come down there are two people there 
that will take a balloon.  After that you will be automaticly finished with the 
mission.  Return to Luca to gain more completion by going the front desk at the 
ports and heading to the locker room with Rin in there and he will talk to Yuna and 
will hand over a Al-bed primer.  Then go to the other locker room to get an 
introduction to sphear break.  After that you are done go the airship.  After that 
go to Buddy and go to the Mi'ihen Highroad.

Completion: +1.6

Mi'ihen Highroad

Ther all you have to do is watch the opening event there and you are done but if 
you want treasure go along the path searching every spot (including the oldroad).  
After that go to the spot where the roads combine and go north to go to Mushroom 
Rock Road.

Completion: +.2

Mushroom Rock 

After the cut-scene talk to the guy that is walking around and except the mission.  
After he tells Calsko to show you the way talk to him, then proceed on.  Just 
follow the road until you find Logos and Ormi then follow them in the ravine.  
There are chests down here they are easy to find.  Once you get to the save point, 
save.  Go in the hole in the wall.  Just let the event happen, go back and talk to 
Maroda.  Go back to where you got into the ravine, then continue along the road.  
Then you will be at the HQ of the youth league.  Talk to Lucil twice, then you will 
see an old fart, talk to him.  DO NOT INTERUPT HIM NOR PRESS CONTIUE ON YOU WILL 
GET A CHUNK OF COMPLETION.  Just listen to me okay, I made that mistake the first 
time.  Then head back to the front of the road to talk to Clasko, he will ask to go 
on your air ship, say "The more the marrier".  Then you are done, board the air 
ship again the go to Buddy to select Djose Temple.

Completion: +4.6

Djose Temple

Another cut scene.  Look at the shop, there is a line there, wait for the line to 
progress, to stall for time go to the other side for a chest.  After the line is 
gone, go in.  Talk to the guy behind the counter and he will ask you whaddya want.  
Tell him I want to dig.  Then go to the temple to talk to Gippal.  Just follow him 
out to the bridge and talk to him, tell him you want to dig too.  After that you 
are done.  Go save at the save sphere, then head back across the bridge.  You will 
then get to a fork.  Go left.

Completion: +1.0

Moonflow

Go up and a Hypello will ask you to "shave" him.  Go to him and talk to him.
Mission Time: Escourt the Hypello to the other side of the moonflow.  Just walk 
with the Hypello and when bandits come to get the cargo "talk" to them to fight, if 
they get away with the cargo it will not come back.  Once you get to the other side 
you will meet a midgit named Tobli.  If you managed to keep all of the cargo on the 
buggy he will give you a Gun Mage dressphere, Circlet, and Helios Guard Garment 
Grid. If not just the Gun Mage dressphere.  After that just keep on going to the 
other side of the Moonflow and ask the hypello to go to the other side of the 
Moonflow.  Just keep on till you get to Guadosalam. 

Completion: +0.6

Guadosalam

This place is really easy, just go to the highest place to the "Farplane" to get 
another cut-scene and you are done just go down to the save spot to board the 
airship.  Then go to Buddy to go to the Thunder Plains.

Completion: +0.4

Thunder Plains

Just watch the cut-scene and walk through the plains. (its good on the exp)  Oh, 
and look for chests and you are done.

Completion: +0.2

Macalania Woods

This is a good place for leveling up (go to lv 20) and speak to three musicians.  
One of them are really eas...hard to miss.  The next is on the fork to the right 
and you get to a road that looks like a "T" upsidedown, just head strait then you 
will be at a road that looks like a "X", go down and there will be ther second 
musician.  Go back to the first fork then head north, ther will be another fork, go 
right again, just follow the path and you will find the third.  You ain't done 
yet.  Keep on going on the path then there will be another "X" fork, go to the top 
left one.  Cut-scene!!!!  After that go back to talk to O'aka, at the fork go to 
the bottom left on and follow the path.  You will then be back at the front go back 
to the first fork and go right.  Go to the x fork and go up.  O'aka is hidden, just 
go far as possible and you have found him, he will ask you if he can go on your 
airship, tell him yes.  Go to the X intersection, go to the uper right part and go 
in till you find a guado that has a voice and talk to him four times.  You are done 
here.  Go to the airship with him and head to the cabin and you can talk to O'aka.  
He will sell things a little cheaper than the normal shops.  He want you to help 
him pay off his debt (cheap son of a *beep*).  Then go to the top of the cabin and 
talk to Clasko.  Then go to the bridge to go to Bikanel Desert.

Completion: +2.2

Bikanel Desert

You will land on the desert in the wrong spot, just follow Rikku till two al'bed 
find you.  After that talk to the person next to Rikku to find out something.  Then 
talk to everyone till a person named Nhadala.  Then talk to her and give her the 
letter Gippal gave you to start the dig.  While on the dig on the map go to the 
yellow x to get the part that you need to complete the dig, go back to the hover to 
finish, and Nhadala will reward you with little crap.  After that, well you know 
what I'm going to say.  Save, go back to the airship.  Then go to Bevelle.

Completion: +0.8

Bevelle

Cut-scene!!!!  Just go up the road to the door and go in,  then follow the path, 
then a person will escourt you to the "praetor".  After the cut-scene follow him in 
and ride the elevator, and talk to him again to get another accecory.  Go back to 
the airship, then go to the Calm Lands.

Completion: +0.6

Calm Lands

 Just go down the place to a hover and talk to one of the people there and sign up 
for the publicity campaign.  It will explain to you how to do the thing.  Then go 
to the center of the plains.  Talk the man behind the right counter.  Tell him you 
will or not, but if you turn him down tell him that you will help him out.  Then 
leave through the save sphere.  Then go to Mt. Gagazet.

Completion: +0.2

Mt. Gagazet

Just watch the cut-scene, answer Garik's question, then talk to all the ronso 
there, and answer all there questions which ever feels right.  Then talk to Kimari, 
and tell the way Yuna would tell him that he is alone in this on.  Then leave to 
the airship.  Then head to Besaid Island.

Completion: +0.4

Besaid Island

Finally, Besaid, after the cut-scene, go in the house on the left, in the middle 
and talk to Lulu.  Cut-scene!!!!  Tell Lulu that you want to stay the night.  In 
the morn, talk to Lulu to trigger a mission.  Just head out of town and follow the 
road out, pay attention to the map, look for a red dot on the map, you need to get 
to it to get a cipher,  keep on going to the beach and go left a little to get to 
another place, climb up and go around to the other area to the red dot and come 
back, or procede to two chests.  Then go to the other side of the beach and you 
will see another red dot on the map, climb up to it and get the cipher.  Then head 
back, to one area then head left to the door and put in the ciphers, they will be 
listed up top, then enter.  Cut-scene!  Just follow the red arrow on the map to get 
what you need.  Save, there will be a boss at the end of the cave.

Boss: Flame Dragon
---------------------------------------------------------------
HP: 980  MP: 84 EXP: 60  AP: 1
If you leveled up like I suggested at Macalania Woods this battle will be easy.  
Change one of your persons into a black mage and cast blizzard on him every round.  
This boss has a nasty attack that will do 100-175 HP damage so use a potion to 
recover.  Just attack and cast blizzard till the battle is over.

After than mission complete.

Completion: +2.2

Zanarkand Ruins

Your finally here, oh wait that was Final Fantasy X, well your here at least.  
First thing you should do is go up the hill to talk to Issaru, then you will be 
able to get across the people.  Just follow the path till you find a part on you 
map that looks like a upsidedown W then go right to get a Mega-Phoenix then 
continue onward.  Before that you will be encounterd with to goonies from leblancs 
gang, one before the W and one after.  When you find Cid tell him you have a bone 
to pick with him, by saying "You bet I do".  Then talk to the guy next to Cid to 
continue.  In the next room there are six chest that are clearly visible (yay).  
Just keep on going after you get all the chest open.  You will then here a voice 
asking you the password, you will automaticlly give it to him.  Then he will 
ask "What is the meaning of life", on the choise thing, choose "Is that you 
Issaru".  You will then reverse his little trick.  He will give you a garment 
grid.  Once that is over, go across the room to the stairs and go down.  Just 
follow the path.  "Find the sphere, and the feinds appear".

Boss: Guardian Beast
------------------------------------------------------------------
HP: 2886 MP: 1000 (Ack, that is more than the limit) EXP: 170 AP: 1 (Again)
Okay, this boss is a toughy,  what you need is one black mage, one white mage, and 
a attacker like a warrior, or gunner.  Have your black mage cast you most powerful 
magics, and white mage heal every round with pray or cure.  This boss has a nasty 
attack too, Damocles Photon, which will curse your party, just use esuna to fix 
that.  Just keep that up and you will be fine.  It does not matter what element you 
cast on him he is weak against all types except gravity.

After that you will be sent to the airship, and you will only have one place to go 
and you have to go there, you have no choise.  Kilika Island

Completion: +2.0

Kilika Island

You are here because the game made you come here, did it not.  Just go north, on 
the next map go up any stairs on the left side of the pier, port, dock, whatever 
floats your boat (hah).  Then go as far south as possible and another event will 
happen.  Go in the house and talk to Dona, then head out, go down the stairs, and 
go north.  Past the gate another cut-scene.  Go though ther woods, to grandmother's 
house we go (hah hah). Go back till you are able to go left and right, go left till 
there is a little opening, go through there and go right and then north till you 
get a choise to listen to a conversation, listen to it, it is very important.  Then 
go back, then right and follow the path.  You will then be prompted to give a 
password here is the list, just follow the path.  1st Craven Monkey, 2nd Carved 
Monkey, 3rd Craven Monkey, 4th Carved Monkey, 4th (2nd) Carved Monkey.  There yah 
go.  Oh crap, boss.  Well, at least it is the last boss of the chapter.

Boss: YSLS-ZERO
------------------------------------------------------------------
HP: 1935 MP: 0 (HAH) EXP: 350 AP: 1
If you got the gun mage with the ability Mech Destroyer, use it.  You might want a 
songstress to blind the robo freak and have a white mage to cast cure when needed.  
If one of your chracters get below 100 HP heal them he can kill them in one hit.  
Just keep that up and you should be fine.

Completion: +1.6 (You'd think it would be more)

Chapter 1 Complete: Total Percentage: 25.2%

Chapter 2

Airship Celsius

Your back at the airship,  again.  Go talk to Shinra (now why did they take that 
name from FF7), to see the contents of the sphere.  After that you are ordered to 
dance,  go to the engine room to get for chests, then go up to the cabin to get the 
musicains to play for the concert.  You need to push them to the elevator to get 
them to play.  Just watch the concert, and enjoy.  After that head to the bridge.  
Oh remember, when Brother wanted to take the sphere back, he wants you to decide 
now.  Just go up to him and talk to tell him what you want, choose The Youth Leage, 
it is the only way to get 100% on the first time around (later you will find out 
what I mean).  You can play the game once through and come back and give it to the 
New Yevon to gain more percent (belive me I tried that, it works).  Everything at 
the place you chose will happen automaticly.  You will then be called back to the 
airship.  After that go to Besaid.  Wait before you do that go to the cabin to 
rest, you have to rest once in each chapter, to get an event later in the game, and 
more completion.

Besaid Island

Here just talk to one of the people that are there.  Cut-scene, you will be 
challenged to run the Gunners Gauntlet, accept the challenge.  You need to get 501 
point to beat his record.  The bar at the bottom will help out alot.  When it is 
full, on the long path will all the enemies, go back and forth, when you get really 
close to 500 points go on and there will be a Mech, use a death shot to kill him in 
one hit and you should have over 500 points, then go to the beach.  Your done, go 
to the airship to proceed to Kilika.

Completion: +0.8

Kilika Island

There isn't much to do here, Just talk to Dona and you are done, you can't do 
anything else.  Go to the airship to go to Luca.

Completion: +0.2

Luca

Just like lasttime, there is not much to do here.  Just go down the steps, and 
listen to the interveiw and you are done here, go back up the steps all the way to 
go to Hi'ihen Highroad.

Completion: +0.8

Mi'ihen Highroad

Go on the road or take a hover to the Travel Agency, go in to get a person named 
Calli to come out of the shop.  Then head out to the opposite side of the shop, 
talk to her to trigger a mission.  Capture a chocobo.  When following Rikku, the 
feathers on the ground, walk over one, only one you will get a great item, and when 
Rikku says over there, say not this time, and continue to follow her, every time 
she says over there, say not this time.  Then you will be challenged to the chocobo 
rodeo,  you have to get in front of the chocobo, when he gets by you go in the 
direction that he went.  The first few times is guess work, later it will be easy 
to tell where he is going (hint: the direction he is facing).  Then her will get 
over one of the girls.  Then follow Rikku, again.  This one is easy.  On the part 
where the girls suggest finding another way to catch the chocobo, go to the hover 
and ask the woman for help.  You finally caught it.  Crap Calli is in hot water,  
Clasko will stall for time just follow the path to that place.

Boss: Chocobo Eater
-----------------------------------------------------------------
HP: 2350 MP: 230 EXP: 350 AP: 1
This boss is easy, get a black mage and cast your most powerful fire spell.  Have a 
theif pilfer gil.  Attack and heal when needed, you should be fine.

You will be sent to the airship, but go back and talk to Clasko to get him back on 
the airship.  Then you are done.  Then select Mushroom Rock Road.

Completion: +1.4

Mushroom Rock Road

Walk up to the place where you have met Yibal, and he will tell you about a rumor 
about Yuna joining the youth leage if you gave them the sphere, if not he will run 
to warn the others about you coming.  Just follow the road to the HQ.  The members 
will escourt you if you gave them the sphere, they will keep feind encounters if 
you are close to then go past the ravine, then you will be contacted that there is 
a sphere here, go back to the ravine, and enter the place where the Den of Woe is 
you will then get a sphere.  When you get back to the airship, I MEAN WHEN YOU GET 
BACK DON'T GO BACK NOW.  Watch all of the shpere you have in your collection by 
speaking to Shinra.  Go back out of the ravine and continue along the road.  When 
they say walk past the feinds, don't, they have great exp.  When you get to the 
elevator, if you gave them the sphere, go up it, if not you have to fight Elma. If 
you gave them the sphere skip the boss guide.

Optional Boss: Elma, Leage Warrior (2)
----------------------------------------------------------------
Elma: HP: 1640 MP: 450 EXP: 200 AP: 2
Leage Warrior: HP 422 MP: 26 EXP: 70 AP: 1
You should take out the Leage Warriors first, they are small fish to fry.  Elma 
might use and item to cast haste on herself, so that will just make things harder.  
If you thief has master theif, use it, it will make the battle worth it (other than 
completion).  If your songstress has teh sleep dance use it also, have a warrior 
attack Elma.

If you fought Elma you are done, if not go up the elevator, go talk to Elma and 
Lucil and you should be done.  Remember to watch all of your spheres in your 
collection by talking to Shira.  Go to the airship and go to Djose Temple.

Djose Temple

Go Back some and you will find out that some of Leblanc's goonies are looking for a 
sphere, its your turn to find it.  Just go down some till you see a orange sphere.  
You found it.  How did Ormi find out that you found the sphere.  O'well.

Boss: Ormi, Logos, Fem-Goon

Ormi: HP: 1150 MP: 22 EXP: 80 AP: 3
Logos: HP: 1030 MP: 48 EXP: 80 AP: 3
Fem-Goon: HP: 167 MP: 172 EXP: 10 AP: 1
Take out the Fem-Goon first,  then take out Logos then Ormi, use a theif use master 
theif to get elixers from both of them.  Just have at it.

You are done here, go to the airship and go to Moonflow.

Completion: +0.4

Moonflow

Here you have to sell tickits for Tobli.  Her is a guide to succefully sell them, 
you only have ten tickits and ten tries.  
The woman wearing a red headband before reaching Tobli: 1500 gil
Woman standing beside a child, after Tobli: 1000 gil
in the next area, Woman wearing yellow and orange, arcoss the save sphere: 1500 gil
Man wearing orange and green, sitting on bench: 1000 gil
in the next area, Person wearing green sitting on dock stairs: 1500 gil
Person wearing green, standing next to dock: 2000 gil
go across the Moonflow, Child wearing whit shirt, standing beside Hypello: 2000 gil
Person in yellow dress, standing by the spining thing: 2000 gil
in the next area, Guard sleeping while standing: 500 gil
Woman in green standing across the bench: 2000 gil
you should be done if you did this right, you should have profits of 5000 gil, you 
are done here. Go to Guadosalam through the road from the other docks.

Guadosalam

There is not much to do here, go up to the big red doors to trigger an event, you 
can go to the inn to get this thing called data, you can sell it back for profits, 
just go up to the person behind the counter to get it.  He will give you a hint to 
what person to sell it to.  If he says "It's the last person you'd expect, no 
question" sell it to the guy that sold it to you, it will get you a profit of 
90,000 gil.  You should save before you buy it so you can reset it till you get him 
to say that.  After that, head to the Thunder Plains.

Thunder Plains

Here just go across the plains till you find a red X on your map and head to it, 
talk to Cid and you are done, go to Macalania Woods.

Macalania Woods

Here a Hypello want you to find three musicans to play for Tobli, you need to go 
acoss the shimmering path then at the X intersection go to the uper right part.  
Talk to the bird head man to get a mission.  Okay, go back to the shimming path and 
at he upsidedown T there is a ring of butterflys there, then go to the first fork 
and go right, then head strait, then go down on the X intersection there is another 
ring of butterflys.  Then you will be back at the bird head guy and you will have a 
choice to go to the airship, don't you want to go back to the beginning to talk to 
the Hypello.  Congrats you are done. (Say it like AOL says, "You got mail").

Bevelle

Hey first off don't come here if you don't want to.  If you gave the sphere to New 
Yevon, you can get an accecory by going to the second area and talking to Pacce.

Cam Lands

Come here by airship to drop Clasko off, it will ask you to follow him, no, instead

Mission time, her you want to get rid of all the fiends here, just do that and you 
are good, when Clasko is beatin up by the water feinds have one of your characters 
change to a black mage and cast you strongest thunder spell.  After that make sure 
that you catch a chocobo before chapter 4.  Then go to Mt. Gagazet.

Here, just watch the event, talk to every ronso and give them the whatever fells 
right answer, then talk to Kimari and tell him he is alone on this on too.  Then go 
to the teleporter, and go to Fayth Scar.  Head up the cliff after you spot the 
goonie go by and go till you find another goonie, BUT DON'T FOLLOW HER, instead go 
up till you get to this place that looks like a rock in your path go toward it 
(This way you will get more completion).  Nice cut-scene.  after that go out, and 
you will be encountered by Ormi.

Issaru tried to trick you.  Belive me this will take a while.  Before this make 
sure that O'aka's debt is paid off.  After that is done (finally) go to Bikanel 
Desert.

Here talk to Nadalala? Uh, wait, Nalalala? Oh Nadala, got it.  She will request 
that you go to the Oasis, go there.  Wait, ambush.

Here walk to the big red doors to change in disguise.  Then enter the house, then 
go upstairs to get the goonie to say something, then go back downstairs and go 
through the door there, then talk to Ormi and Logos, then go back upstairs to 
massage her, on the map thing a red heart means you hit the spot, yellow is next to 
it, green heart means it is diaganol from there, and blue is the farthest on away 
from the red heart, you goal it to get a red heart and 32 point.  Then head back to 
the room where Logos and Ormi was, and to the left, of the big heart is a hole with 
a switch.  Then go in, oh man, your cover is blown.

there it contains a variable item that depend on how well you messaged Leblanc.  
After that go back to the T section and go right till you get to another room.  Go 
in the room, take a sphere, ambush.

Go out of the room and go left till you get to the end of the hall way, then go 
left, till you get to the end of the other hallway, a spiky wall will come out at 
you, insted of falling in one of the holes, go all the way down and let the wall 
catch up to you, now just listen to me you might think I am crazy, The girls will 
jump down and you will be in a hole in the wall, find the shiny thing on the wall 
and press it, the go down, hey you back where you were, told you, now fall in both 
of the holes in the ground and press the shiny things in those too. Then go by the 
wall that had the spiky wall and go left and then strait.  Then there is a room 
there go in.  Hey you found the sphere.  Oh crap they found you.

Bevelle-Secrets of New Yevon

You have to get to the temple by force or by invite, what ever it is.  If you gave 
the sphere to the Youth Leage, you will have to fight. Just go in to where you saw 
Barali go in on chapter 1.  Then go right and step on the block in that room, then 
go to the opposite room to change the lifts direction.  Then get on the lift.  On 
the map follow the red arrow.  Then get on the lift.  Now follow the place till you 
get to a save sphere, save.  There is a chest in that room, it contains a chocobo 
feather.  Then proceed.  Now head in the hole and head forward to trigger an alarm, 
then head up and right to start sliding on a chain.  The go to the toweres and 
steping to the blue lit ones.  Once you activate all three you have to fight a boss.

This boss can inflict poison and death on your characters, have a white mage use 
cura or pray every round but conserve mp, and have a black mage cast you most

Then go down the platforms to the hallway and there are two post here, get on one 
then the other, then go strait then at the split go left.  Then go around to the 
other hall and then go strait.  Now there are three lifts here, first go on the 
left on, then head backward till you fall then go on the middle lift.  And step on 
the platform.  Then go back and go up the other lift and left then go down the 
other lift, then go back on the middle lift again.  Step up the platform, then ride 
the lift back down, then go back up with the left lift.  In that room step on both 
of the blocks then head strait to the lift on the opposite side of the room.  You 
saw those platforms rise go down to the chest to get a dark knight dressphere.  
Thne go back up then save at the save sphere, and head strait, hey Barali wants to 
fight you.

boss here, then go strait, holy crap, Bahamut?  He is supposed to be gone.

flare.  Heal when needed.

Your back on the airship (what else is new).  They say somithing about the world is 
in a mess, oh well.  You will be prompted to go to one of the places on the map, 
your first destination of chapter three, Luca.

There is a sphere break contest hosted here, you have to beat three players in the 
contest to go to the finals, if you lose three times your kicked out of the 
contest, when you beat three players, you will have to play...Shinra.  This guy is 
hard to beat.  Here is a effective method of beating him, get eco-bonuses till you 
get a 6X or above, then just have at it till you beat him.  The prize it a Lady 
Luck Dressphere.  If you lose you will still get a chance to get it, but that is 
much harder than before.  After the contest, head for the Mi'ihen Highroad.

Mi'ihen Highroad

Oh my god, the machina have gone crazy it is your job to take them out, you just go 
to the green spots on the map to find them, if you can out wit the al'bed you can 
get a better reward.  If you manage to get all thirteen robos, you get a great 
prize, or you can just stand there and let the al'bed do all the work, but I 
suggest that you do as much as you can (its good on the exp).  I hope you know 
where to go from here, if not go to the Mushroom Rock Road.

Mushroom Rock Road

This place is very easy, just talk to Yibal and Lucil and you are done.  From here 
you go to Djose Temple.

On the Djose Highroad there is a nasty monster here, the rukh, it will take 
advantage of the petrify ability.  Any way just talk to the Al'bed in front of the 
temple.  Go to The Moonflow.

Here you just have to talk to Tobli, after Paine tells you to run and you try to go 
back, there is nothing else you can do here.  Just go to Guadosalam.

Completion: +0.2 (They do this so you will want to go strait to the hot spots).

Here you just want to go to the Leblanc place, in other words, go to the big red 
doors in this place, then go through the bottom door to talk to Logos and Ormi.  
Ack they have bad imitation skills. 0__0  Anyway, then head back out to the upper 
floor door and head in to talk to Leblanc, then head back down, then go to the 
place where you fought Logos and Ormi, head down the hallway, then go left when you 
get to the room, to the other room to see some spheres, after the "viewing" head to 
the other side of the bed to the sphere behind the books to see whats in the 
sphere, then the old fart will come in, talk to him.  Then leave to the Thunder 
Plains.

Thunder Plains

Look for a red X on the map to find Cid, talk to him, keep on going and go under 
the covered lighting tower in the second part of the plains, to talk to Lian and 
Ayde.  Then head for Macalania Woods.

Make sure that O'aka's debt is paid off by now, if not train and use a lot of hi-
potions and buy some from him to pay it off.  Anyway, go to the shop in the back of 
the woods to find out that the fact that the temple is under water does not stop 
the feinds attack, well, crap, you have to fight six rounds of feinds to complete 
this mission.  After that you get the Berseker Dressphere (yay).  After this you 
should go to Bikanel Desert.

Bikanel Desert

Here you just have to talk to the cacti (I know that sound weird, but hey this is a 
Final Fantasy).  Just agree with everything she says.  You can get hint from the 
mothers, but I won't list their locations till chapter five.  From here head to the 
Calm Lands

Calm Lands

You want to go to the mission about the gorge.  Belive me before you fight this 
boss, be prepared.  But first you want to rescue all the toursts here, when you get 
all but two go out of the gorge and talk to a person outside without cancling the 
mission then go back in and step on the teleporter and go to the back with it and 
then go left or right which ever one it is then get the guy in here and then go 
back to the front the get back on the teleporter to go the back the go the other 
way you just went, and get that guy, then head back to the back to the back, then 
go to the fayth, but before you go the fayth prepare you self by equiping the 
entire party with Star Pendants or Glass Buckles.  You cannot use a white mage here 
he will drain all of your mp so use the alchemist to mix a potion and a hi-potion.  
And have a gunner in the party to use trigger happy.

Remember what I said at the top he is hard!  Anyway also have a Dark Knight use 
darkness on the boss, and have the alchemist mix a poition and a hi-potion every 
round.  Have a gunner use trigger happy every round.  Yojimmybo? Yojimbo, has a 
very nasty attack, it will put your party down to 1 HP and 1 MP so mix a potion and 
a hi-potion to get the effect of a mega-potion.  You will know when the attack is 
coming, he puts one finger in front of his face.  Just use this tactic and you 
shoul be fine.

Yay, you are done, if you gave the sphere to New Yevon in the beginning of chapter 
2 head to Bevelle if not go to Mt. Gagazet.

Bevelle

Here all you can do is watch as the New Yevon crash and burn, after that you will 
automaticly go back to the airship, but go back to bevelle then go to where you 
fought Bahamut to see Pacce captured.  Then go back to the airship then go to Mt. 
Gagazet.

Talk to Kimahri and if you answered his questions in both chapters you will get 
another dressphere, just follow the ronso to the summit of Zanarkand to find Garik, 
guess what you have to fight him, if you have answered the ronso questions right he

woods, in the woods go to every place you can, don't look for the place to go to 
the treetops yet, just head around till you trigger the event to go to the 
treetops.  Just head into the temple after you rescue Barthello.  First head to the 
left blue flame then to the right then the front.  Just keep on going till you find 
another aeon.

will have to fight.  Once you get the right one go up the stairs.  Crap...

X till the wistle stops after four times.

First thing you wanna do here is to go to the deck of the airship to speak to 
Paine, then you need to go to the cabin to rest.  After that you go to the bridge, 
and look at the commshperes.  First look at Besaid, then Kilika, Mushroom Rock, and 
Bevelle.  Then speak to Buddy to find out what to do next, he will ask you to go to 
Mooflow but don't go quite yet, Shira will ask you if you want to see the 
Commspheres, I will give you a list of how many times you look at that place to get 
it all, don't skip any if you want all the persentage.  Also in the Hi'ihen 
Highroad, there is an investigation game here, try to get as many suspects as 
posible, you will know when you have enough, Rin will say you have done enough he 
will take over.

Well, this place is very easy, just talk to the al'bed then chase Tobli down the 
road, when you get to the save sphere, speak to the al'bed to find out that Tobli 
has not come this way, then head back to find him, then chase him, when you get 
far, he will come by on a hover, follow him.  Then ride the shoopuff to the other 
side, then talk to the al'bed to get him out of the tree, then chase him to the 
entrance of Guadosalam.  That's it, your done, you will be taken to the airship to 
start the concert.

From here you need to go the cabin to rehearce? rehearse? uh... practice for the 
concert.  After that go rest, then head to the bridge to watch the commpheres again.

every chapter, you will get to watch an event.  Then go to the engine room again to 
speak to Buddy.  Then go to the bridge to go to the Zanarkand Ruin, by speaking to 
Buddy, not Brother.

Just come here to see the home of the monkeys. Episode Complete! If you gave the 
sphere to New Yevon, it is important to talk to Issaru before you go to Bevelle.  
Then go back to the front of the ruins to talk to Old Fart, I mean Maechen.  Then 
head to Besaid.

Besaid Island

First things first, follow Wakka into the village.  Then go to the temple, this 
will not happen for you, you have to talk to Lulu or Wakka to trigger the event.  
Then go to the beach to say goodbye to Beclem and to get the war buddy sphere, then 
head back to the village, you will see Wakka before you get to the village, talk to 
him to let him see the war buddy sphere.  Then go to the village to do the rest.  
Episode Complete!  After this go to Kilika.

Here you want to go to the gates to the woods, to trigger an event, then proceed on 
through the woods to get to the temple.  Episode Complete!  I forgot to tell you 
that if you go to the boat to speak with the camra guy to see the fort in chapter 1 
& 3 to get the invincible, it allows you to deal more than 9999 damage. Oh well, 
you can do this the next time around.  Just go to Luca.

Here you want to go to the place where you go to the Mi'ihen Highroad, and look out 
on the opposite side of the steps to find a moogle.  Chase it to the boat in the 
docks.  Episode Complete!  Go to the Mi'ihen Highroad.

this guy.  He has hush grenades, so have a healthy supply of echo screens.  Have a 
Alchemist mix a potion and a hi-potion when needed.  He has a nasty attack that 
will hurt you a lot.  As his HP drops he does bullseye more often, so take him down 
quickly.  Before you finish him, pilfer his gil, you should get almost 15,000 gil 
in one try.

Boss: Nooj

A healer will be working overtime yet again as you enter this battle.  Nooj uses 
devastaing gun attacks that can cause more than 1500 HP damage to a single 
character, and his Greedy Aura ability will suck MP from all of your characters at 
once.  Like in other shodows before, spell-casting  will be hard.  Take down Nooj 
with your strongest attacks such as a Dark Knight's Darkness, or the regular 
attacks of the Samurai, Berserker, or Warrior.  Also, use the Pilfer Gil ability, 
considering how much gil you stand to make in a single swipe.  Keep your party's HP 
high through the hole battle, because when Nooj drops below 3000 HP, he begins 
performing a really nasty attack that can cause 5000 HP damage to the party.  
Anyone who survives that attack should use a mega-phoenix immadiately, followed by 
a mega-potion.

After you are done, go to the Djose Temple.

Walk in the temple, and accept the al-bed's challenge to fight the "Experiment".

HP: 18324 MP: 0 EXP: 0 (NOW THAT IS JUST STUPID) AP: 40 (RIGHT ON!!!!!!)
This boss can be hard or easy, it depends on how much you have dug in the desert.  
You want to fight this guy twice, once now once later.  This is what you do: Have a 
Alchemist mix the normal, a Dark Knight use Darkness, and a Gunner use Trigger 
Happy every round.  That should be it.  On the second time when you have this guy 
at all level 5's (Note it has to be all level 5's the second time) he has a one hit 
KO move, use a phoenix down and a x-potion following.

Like I told you in the stratagy, you have to fight this boss at its highest levels 
to get an Episode Complete!  In order to get the Ecperiment to his highest levels, 
go dig alot in the Bikanel Desert.

Moonflow

Here, all you have to do is talk to Tobli, and if he lets you go on the show, go on 
the show, Episode Complete!  From here head on to Guadosalam.

Guadosalam

This place is not a preperation for the next mission, belive me, oh... well all you 
have to do is talk to Tromell, if you have completed the mission on Mt. Gagazet in 
Chapter 3.  Anyway talk to Tromell after the event, then go to the left door that 
was locked in the other chapters to get a sphere, Yevons Secrets.  Then go to the 
place to the right of Guadosalam to see another door, go in, hey it's Tobli's 
house, there is a chest here, what is in it varies, it depends on what missions you 
have done and how you did them.  If you did all the moonflow missions perfectly and 
did the Mission on Mt. Gagazet you get Kaiser Knuckles.  If you did all the 
moonflow missions perfectly but did not do the mission on Mt. Gagazet in chapter 3 
you get the Key to Success (The best acc. in the whole game, look in the acc. 
section in this FAQ to find out what it does).  If you did not do the moonflow 
missions perfectly, you get a Crystal Ball.  Well... just head to the Thunder 
Plains.

Thunder Plains

Oh... crap the lighting towers are being attacked just take out all the monsters at 
all nine towers.  After you find out that you have not got all the towers go save.  
I mean that 'cause you are about to fight a frikin hard boss.  To prepare yourself 
you want a Master Black Mage, a Master White Mage, and a whatever.  Just follow the 
red arrow.

Here you want your white mage to cast protect and shell on your party, and have you 
black mage cast firaga or waterga.  Keep you HP high and when the boss cast mighty 
guard, have your white mage cast dispell on him, when your black mage has run low 
in MP use MP asorb, and when you white mage has run low on MP use a elixer or turbo 
ether to recover.  Be sure that you HP is high by the end of the battle 'cause when 
you beat him he will cast metor and you might die if you HP is low.

Go save don't go in the hole yet after you save go back in to the al'bed to get in 
the hole, just follow the red arrow to the end of the cave.

Here you want to beat the 3 watchers in front of this boss with thundaga spells.  
Then go for the boss.  Keep you HP high here too.  He also has a nasty attack, Mana

From here you will die... just kidding, Episode Complete!  From here go to 
Macalania Woods.

Macalania Woods

Here you want to go to the place where Tromell use to reside to talk to the last 
guado.  Then go to the place where that guy donga was when you went to look for the 
three musicains.  Episode Complete!  There is another Episode to do after that.  If 
you have had O'aka's debt paid off by chapter 2 you can get this, just go to his 
shop here,  Episode Complete!  Go to...

Bikanel Desert

Be sure that you have the Djose Temple episode complete before you do this, this is 
a very hard this to do.  Anyway, go to the cactuar nation to talk to marnela, you 
have to get all ten gatekeepers.  I'll leave a list, but you have to go talk to 
there mothers first.

Lobivia		Bikanel Desert, Oasis
Toumeya		Besaid Island, Beach
Lobeira		Guadosalam Leblanc Shateau, Ormi's Room in a chest.
Areg & Arroja	Calm Lands, Gagazet Entrance Riding on a chocobo.
Islaya		Thunder Plains, Near Last Tower.  Just go to the last tower, and 
head south some.
Chiapa		Kilika Island, Hidden Overlook.  If you don't know where that is go 
to the forest, on the second place to go left, go left and in the middle of the 
curve, and press O when you are promted to.
Erio			Mt. Gagazet, Summit.  It is the place that you can almost 
look over the whole Mt.  Just use the teleport.
Bartschella		Kilika Port, Dona's House

Then head back and talk to Marnela to gain access to the Cactuar Hollow.  Then 
follow the yellow brick road.  Crap you have to fight a giant version of a helm, oh 
well just finish it, if its defence gets to high have a warrior do armor break.  
Then continue on.

This boss is easy, but first you want to take out the little guys first by having a 
dark knigh use darkness every round until the boss is dead.  If you manage to kill 
10 cactuars the Jumbo guy will start casting level three spells so make this 
quick.  But when I said this boss is easy, he almost practically does nothing, that 
is why the EXP is 0.

After this, just get out of there to wittness a sad event, then you will be taken 
to the airship.  Yuna will want to go back, before you do you want to prepare for 
this battle, I'm telling you it is hard.  First what you want to do is equip accs. 
that will increase your HP alot.  Then you want to give the girls a garment grid 
that will allow them to use white mage abilities as in Reflect and Protect.  The 
dresspheres, you need two black knights and a alchemest to mix the norm'.  And 
before you go back, have 99 potions and 99 hi-potions, and make sure that the 
alchemest hase the mega-potion stash.  Well...here we go...

Okay, first thing first, cast Protect and then Reflect in that order.  Have your 
Dark Knights use Darkness every round, and you alchemest mix the norm' every round, 
when the protect wares off, wait for the reflect to ware off first the recast 
them.  This guy has many nasty attacks this time, if both of the other guys (the 
second and thrid listed) are alive he will cast Perdition's Flame, protect prevents 
most of this, and Flare if you have reflect on it will come back at him and do 9999 
HP damage to him (yay)!  I suggest level 80 for this battle, a good place to level 
up is in that cave in the thunder plains.

If you manage to complete that battle, Episode Complete!  From here you want to go 
to Bevelle.

Bevelle

Here all you have to do is go to where you first met Baralai, if you gave to the 
sphere to the youth league you can't get an episode complete, but if you gave it to 
New Yevon, Episode Complete.  Weell, go to...

Calm Lands

If you have participated in the publicity campaign you can get an Episode 
Complete!  An if you have done the matchmaking campaign you can get an item.  Go

This place is very easy, talk to Kimari and then follow him up the mountain,

Airship Celsius

This is it, but before that you need to go see all the sphere you have to get all 
the completion you need for 100%. Anyway talk to Brother to select which place you 
want to go, I went to Bevelles, its the easyest to go through, but that does not 
prevent the Boss battles.  But before that, I suggest being level 60 before you 
jump in.

This boss has a lot of status attacks so have a bunch of remidies, anyway, use the 
same tactic for the magus sisters.  If you have played Final Fantasy X and if you 
had Anima, you may have enjoyed his Obliviion attack, but here you will not.

From here go back to the airship and go talk to Shinra to see some more things, 
then go to the deck to talk to Cid, then go to the Bridge to talk to Cid again, 
then go to the deck again to see a conversation between Brother and Buddy.  From 
here  go to Brother, he made a short cut.  Just keep on, here you want to step on 
the place that looks like a dice on the five side imprinded on it, step on as many 
as you can before you get to a sort of circle, if you don't you will have to battle 
a nasty monster that can't be beaten.  After you have steped on as many as 
possible, go play on the keyboard, the notes are on the bottom of the screen, you 
have to do this four times.  After that you have to hop on pillars to get the song 
in the correct order, you have to watch the comm device to see the right order, if 
you can't get the order right, get a piece of paper, a pencil and draw a map of the 
order.  Anyway just continue on.  After a long cut-scene you get to fight Vegnagun.

Section VI
Mini-Games

Sphere Break

Objective: To meet the coin quota in 15 turns.
There are many things about this mini-game, like the entry coins (The four middle 
ones) and the border coins (The ones outside the entry coins)  I will explain the 
use of all these confusing coins things, also there are Echo Bonuses, I almost 
didn't figure that one out.

Core Sphere: This is the thing you have to go by in the game.  When a core sphere 
shows a number, you need to get one entry coin and as many border coins to get a 
mutiple of the number in the core sphere.

Entry Coins: These coins are use to start the coin quota, the entry coins don't 
count in the coin quota.  This is the first coin that you need to get to the border 
coins.

Border Coins: Theres are the coins that will get your quota filled right up.  When 
you select an entry coin, you need to get as many of these as possible before you 
get a multiple of the number.

Echo Bonus: There are two types of these bonuses, they help you get your quota 
filled faster.

Coin Count Echo Bonus: To get this kind of echo bonus, you need to get a small 
number of coin in one turn, then get the same amount of coins.  Do this more than 
twice to get a greater effect.

Multiplier Echo Bonus: This one is harder to pull off.  I can't quite explain this 
so I will use an example to explain for you.  If the core sphere had a 3 in it and 
you made a six, then that is 2x the core sphere, then the core sphere displayed 7 
on it, then you get a 14, that is also a 2x the core sphere, you start a Echo 
Bonus.  It does not always have to be 2x the core sphere.

Coin Trait: This is nothing much, if one border coin says -15 gil on the left side 
of the screen.  If you pick that coin you lose 15 gil. 
Well, that's it for Sphere Break.

Let's Go Digging!
(Yes, this is a mini-game.)

Objective: To get the macine part for the al'bed.

There isn't muct to this mini-game, so I'll make this quick.

Machine Part: This is the main thing for the dig to be successful, it is marked as 
a yellow X on the map.

Other Items: These are small things for the dig, and are not need for the dig, 
these are marked as white X's on the map.

Stay Away: Here is something you will want to stay away from.  In some digs you 
will find a pile of broken machina on thi ground, stay away from those, they will 
jump up and attack you if you get to them.

Unidentified Object Aproching: Every now and then you will get a message that says, 
Unidentified Object Approching, if you wait a while, you will see a red arrow on 
you map moving really fast towards you.  If it touches you, you will be brought 
into battle with Angra-Mainyu.

Like I said there is not much to this one.

Mini-Games at the Calm Lands

Lupine Dash

Objective: To bet on the fastest Lupine in the corral.

There is much to this game...NOT!

If you ever play this game, you want to bet on the Lupine that is most likly to 
win.  There are two types of bets.

Win Bet: This is a bet that is placed on one lupine only.

Double Bet: This bet allow you to have a more likly chance to win, but you will get 
less prizes.

Just study their stats, although I have never won, I only played this twice.

Reptile Run

Objective: To get the reptile to the other side...safely.

Still, like always, there is not muct to this game 'ither.

As you can see, you control the reptile to his destination.  There are colored 
spheres on the map to tell you if you can pass or not.

Red: IT'S DEATH!

Yellow: There is a high chance that you can die if you go this way, there is little 
chance that you can pass...safely.

Green: High chance of passing, not guaranteed.

Sky Slots

Objective: To line up three of the same fiend in a row.

This is just like the slots in a casino.

Just press X at the right time at the right fiend to line them up, timing is the 
key to this one. 

Feed the Monkey
(Hey, don't ask about this one I've only just got it)

Objective: To keep the monkey around its original weight.

This mini-game is much harder than the most.

You have to pick a chest that have food in it.

Heavy Fruit: This adds weight to the monkey.

Light Fruit: This lightens up the monkey.

Plain Fruit: This does nothing.

Balance Fruit: This brings the monkey to its original weight.

Forbidden Fruit: Let's just say this adds 150 pounds to the monkey.

Gull Force

I'm not going into this one much.  All you have to do is shoot the real gull in a 
line of decoys.  That's all, this game relys on chance.

Gunner's Gauntlet

I'm not going into this much either.  You have to down a place shooting fiends to 
get a high score.

Ammo types.

Ammo: The basic ammo.

Dual Shot: If you lock on two fiends, you can shoot two fiends.

Death: You can guess what this one does.

Volley: This takes out most of the fiends on the field.

You can do this in two places, Besaid, and Besaid Temple.

Blitzball

If you have played blitz in Final Fantasy X, this is much different.  You play as a 
manager of the team.  I can't go into this one, no one can figure it out...yet.  
But even on my final verson of this FAQ I will not change this.
